Ganesh Vikram Shahi is the Managing Director and driving force behind Shringeshwor Construction Pvt. Ltd. With an entrepreneurial approach and extensive hands-on involvement in the construction and infrastructure sector, he has developed a strong understanding of the realities of delivering projects in challenging environments.

His experience spans hydropower, roads, bridges and heavy civil construction, with involvement across project planning, construction execution, contract administration, equipment management, workforce coordination, cost control and resource mobilization.

As Managing Director, Mr. Ganesh provides the company's strategic direction while maintaining a close connection with project sites and field operations. His leadership philosophy is centered on practical decision-making, efficient utilization of resources, strong project coordination, quality workmanship and safe construction practices.

He believes that successful construction is not simply about completing a project—it is about creating infrastructure that stands the test of time, building lasting relationships with clients and partners, and developing people and systems capable of delivering consistently.

Prabin Shahi Thakuri is a key member of the leadership and management team at Shringeshwor Construction Pvt. Ltd., contributing to the company's continued development and professional growth.

His role involves supporting the company's management and operational framework, with a focus on project coordination, organizational development, resource management and effective communication between management and field operations.

Mr. Prabin brings a practical and collaborative approach to the company's working environment, supporting the coordination of people, resources and project requirements to help ensure that operations remain organized and responsive.

Working alongside the Managing Director and the company's technical and field teams, he contributes to strengthening internal systems, improving coordination and maintaining the professional standards expected of a modern construction organization.
